Constellation Concerts · Effective Date: January 1, 2025 · Last Updated: January 1, 2025

Constellation Concerts LLC ("Constellation Concerts," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information about you when you visit our websites, purchase or receive tickets, communicate with us, or attend our events (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all users of the Services and should be read together with our Terms of Use. If you are a California resident, please also see our California Privacy Notice.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us — for example when you buy a ticket, create or use an account, contact us, or sign up for updates:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and billing or mailing address
  • Order and transaction details (tickets, seats, quantities, event dates)
  • Payment information, which is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers
  • Event interests, preferences, and communications, feedback, or content you submit
  • Information you provide at check-in or on-site (such as scanning your ticket QR code)

Information we collect automatically when you use our websites:

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, session activity, and usage analytics
  • Approximate (e.g., city-level) location derived from your IP address
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3)

Information we receive from third parties, such as payment processors, ticketing and marketing platforms, advertising and analytics partners, and social media platforms, which we may combine with information we already hold.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and fulfill ticket purchases, send confirmations, and manage check-in and attendance
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
  • Communicate with you about your orders, events, changes, and customer support
  • Send marketing, promotions, and event updates where permitted (you can opt out — see Section 5)
  • Personalize content, recommendations, and advertising
  • Measure and analyze usage, performance, and the effectiveness of our marketing
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful or unauthorized activity
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
  • Create de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you

3. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels (including advertising and conversion pixels such as the Meta Pixel), SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising — including interest-based advertising across other sites and platforms. These technologies may collect information such as your device and usage data and the actions you take on our sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, in most cases, opt out of interest-based advertising through the industry tools listed in Section 15. Some features of the Services may not function properly without certain cookies.

4. How We Share & Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf — such as payment processing, ticketing, hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics, customer support, and security — under contracts that limit their use of the information
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including social media and ad platforms, which may involve sharing identifiers and online activity for advertising and measurement (this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws — see our California Privacy Notice and Section 15)
  • Venue partners, promoters, sponsors, and vendors as needed to operate an event
  • Legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement authorities where we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property or that of others
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets
  • Other parties with your consent or at your direction

5. Marketing, Email & Text Messages

With your consent where required, we may send you marketing emails and, if you opt in, text (SMS) messages about events, offers, and news. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages about your orders, check-in, and attendance. You represent that any phone number or email you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. When you make a purchase, your payment card and related details are collected and processed by the processor under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and billing details) but do not store your full payment card number.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, order confirmations, and tickets confidential, and you use the Services at your own risk.

9. Your Privacy Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising
  • Limit the use of certain sensitive information, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@constellationconcerts.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may decline requests as permitted by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the rights described in Section 9 and the right to appeal a decision on a request. California residents should review our California Privacy Notice for state-specific disclosures. To exercise state privacy rights, use the contact method in Section 9 and identify your state of residence.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Attendees who are minors must be handled in accordance with our Terms of Use.

12. International Visitors

We operate in the United States, and your information will be collected, processed, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing information to it.

14. Your Opt-Out Choices & Preference Signals

You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and submit other privacy requests by contacting us at team@constellationconcerts.com. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting; because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our systems may not respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we aim to treat recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out for the browser or device from which the signal is sent; if you send such a signal, we encourage you to also contact us so we can identify and honor your request. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through:

  • Network Advertising Initiative — optout.networkadvertising.org
  • Digital Advertising Alliance — optout.aboutads.info
  • YourAdChoices — youradchoices.com

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
