This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to residents of California. It describes how Constellation Concerts LLC collects, uses, discloses, sells, and shares personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA/CPRA"), and the rights available to California residents.

We encourage you to review the full Privacy Policy, including "Information We Collect" and "How We Use Your Information," for additional context.

A.Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by California law:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, mailing address, phone number, IP address, device or online identifiers)
  • Commercial Information (e.g., ticket purchases, transaction and order history)
  • Financial Information (e.g., billing details and payment-related data processed by our payment providers)
  • Internet or Network Activity (e.g., browsing and usage data, interactions with our sites and ads)
  • Geolocation Data (e.g., approximate, city-level location derived from IP address)
  • Audio, Visual, or Similar Information (e.g., photos, audio, or video captured at events or that you submit)
  • Demographic Information (e.g., where voluntarily provided)
  • Inferences drawn to create a profile about preferences and characteristics
  • Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., account log-in credentials; precise geolocation only if you enable it)

B.Sources & Business Purposes

We collect this information from you directly, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third parties such as payment processors, ticketing and marketing platforms, and advertising and analytics partners. We use it for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Providing, supporting, and securing our ticketing, events, and communications
  • Personalizing your experience and the content and advertising you see
  • Analytics, research, and improving our offerings
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity
  • Marketing, promotions, and audience engagement
  • Processing payments and managing transactions
  • Complying with legal obligations and regulatory requirements

C.Disclosure of Personal Information

In the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories above for business purposes to:

  • Service providers that operate our platform and deliver our experiences
  • Analytics and advertising partners that help us understand and reach our audience
  • Payment processors, ticketing platforms, and other vendors
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer

D.Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as cookies and pixels) to deliver and measure targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. The categories that may be "sold" or "shared" in this way include:

  • Identifiers
  • Commercial information
  • Internet or network activity
  • Geolocation information (approximate)
  • Inferences

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To opt out, contact us at team@constellationconcerts.com or adjust your cookie/advertising choices. Where required by law, we also aim to treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid opt-out for the browser or device from which it is sent; we encourage you to also submit the form so we can identify your request.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

E.Sensitive Personal Information & Your Right to Limit

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that, under the CCPA/CPRA, would give rise to the right to limit its use (i.e., beyond the purposes permitted by law to provide our Services, prevent fraud, and ensure security). If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option.

F.Retention

We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, and complying with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

G.Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know and access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable)
  • Not be subjected to discrimination or retaliation for exercising your rights

You may submit a request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will verify your request and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity; an authorized agent must provide proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

To make a request, contact us at:

team@constellationconcerts.com
Subject Line: "CCPA/CPRA Rights – California Request"

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

H.Shine the Light Disclosure

California's "Shine the Light" law allows residents to request information once per year regarding personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

To make such a request, please email:

team@constellationconcerts.com
Subject Line: "REMOVE Third Parties – California"

I.Additional Rights for Minors

If you are under 18 and a registered user of our Services, you may request removal of content you have posted that is publicly viewable.

Send a request to:

team@constellationconcerts.com
Subject Line: "California Minors Opt-Out"

Include a description and URL of the content you'd like removed. Please note that removal may not be complete or comprehensive across all platforms or backups.

J.Do Not Track & Opt-Out Preference Signals

Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, our systems may not respond to DNT. Where required by law, we aim to treat recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and you may contact us at team@constellationconcerts.com to make this request directly. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through:

  • Network Advertising Initiative — optout.networkadvertising.org
  • Digital Advertising Alliance — optout.aboutads.info
  • YourAdChoices — youradchoices.com
